VISULT ™ is a team of 5 associates spread between Sophia Antipolis, Paris and the Basque Country. Experienced consultants, particularly in Transformations and Development of Managerial Performance, they have often used the OGSM Goal Management method in their missions.
“We felt the need to digitize the OGSM method, because using it in Excel was not very convenient, and the shared files were quickly reaching their limit.
