Why VISULT ™?
VISULT ™ is a team of 5 associates spread between Sophia Antipolis, Paris and the Basque Country. Experienced consultants, particularly in Transformations and Development of Managerial Performance, they have often used the OGSM Goal Management method in their missions.
“We felt the need to digitize the OGSM method, because using it in Excel was not very convenient, and the shared files were quickly reaching their limit. The larger the organization, the more complicated it is to have a global vision of the company’s objectives and to cascade them to the employees”, explains Jacques Levy, CEO.
“We started developing VISULT ™ first for ourselves, and then we quickly saw the potential of this platform for companies, especially ETIs,” he adds.
A collaborative tool that promotes employee engagement
With a simple and easy-to-use interface, VISULT allows ™ to express the company strategy, share it with leaders who then cascade it to their employees. Everyone uses the same tool, and each leader and employee has a clear view of their team’s performance.
The organization becomes more transparent, and employees have a clear and visual tool for tracking goals. Whether they are in the office or remotely working, they know exactly where they are and where they are going.
“By promoting vertical but also cross-team collaboration, VISULT™ breaks down the organization silos. Employees, responsible for the management of their activities, are more motivated and committed to contributing to their company’s project,” explains Astrid Manquin, co-founder.
